The Environmental Justice & Legal Support Program seeks to ensure that affected communities can access justice when their environmental rights are threatened. We provide legal aid, capacity building, and advocacy for individuals and groups defending their rights to a healthy environment.
This program also works with policymakers to strengthen legal frameworks that uphold climate justice. By bridging the gap between vulnerable populations and legal systems, we empower communities to stand up for their rights.
We believe that environmental justice is human justice, and no voice should go unheard in the pursuit of fairness and equity.
